Wangari Maathai received the Nobel Peace Prize
Wangari Maathai received, concerned with the environment, the Nobel Peace Prize for 2017 at a ceremony in the Norwegian capital, Oslo.
And Professor Maathai is the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize.


The Wangari fourth and sixty years of age, having won the Nobel Prize as a reward for the campaign to protect the trees in Africa and the reforms undertaken by the economically and socially, culturally, and that serve the environment.
