because that's a promise nd it should be in futur ! ! ! !

Wwe promise that , first 2000 workers will be recruited soon by the company and oil will be recuperates with special machines . Also beaches will be cleaned . Beside that , marine life will be restored in order to be healthy and cleaner . In addition tourist industry will be compenstated for its losses . In the end hotel corkers will be employed by the company .
